Should you change your mind after you register and before the first session (orientation session) you forfeit 50% of the total fee
Replacement of a tutor will be organised free of charge if the request is made with in 14 days from commencement of tuition. We will refund half of your registration fee should your replacement tutor not meet your needs.
Individual tutor rates may vary with experience and expertise
You must notify the tutor 24 hours in advance if you are cancelling or they may charge for this time or you can reschedule to a mutually agreeable time.
The appointed tutor will contact you to assess your needs and a time to meet. Record their name and phone number and/or email
After the 8-10 hours have ended you are free to continue indefinitely with the tutor depending on their availability. A new tutor will require a new registration process.
Teachers have a teacher registration from the TRB. Non-registered teachers hold a DCSI or WWCC clearance.
